Yes. Bishop's Landing is a mix of rental and condominium suites. Depending on availability, we offer a range of roomy, well-designed suites, from studio through 3-bedroom. Perfect for any lifestyle.

Bishop's Landing is right on the water, so there's always something to see or do. The Halifax Harbour provides an interesting array of watercraft; from huge cruise ships, to sleek sailboats, and international navy vessels to tugboats. Boat-watching is therefore a favorite activity any time of year.

There are also great shops, restaurants and services right at Bishop's Landing; you can do some gift-shopping, enjoy a gourmet meal, or read the paper over a delicious cup of coffee. There are also many outdoor spaces to enjoy the waterview on a sunny day, and a long stretch of waterfront boardwalk for daily walks or jogs.

In the summer, the Halifax Waterfront is a haven for festivals and special events. Fun and colourful events like the jazz and busker festivals are just a simple stroll from Bishop's Landing.

Yes. Floorplans vary in size, room allotment and layout according to their location in the building, and you can choose the one you want, depending on availability. Also, you can select from our groupings of designer finishes, or choose your own collection of colours and materials to reflect your own personal style.

Prices range from $199,000 to $500,000 and above, depending on the size and location within the building.

There are over 65 different floor plans at Bishop's Landing, all with different size dimensions. Some of our 3-bedroom suites are over 1800 square feet. Suites may also be combined to provide larger living space, if required.
