Excellence on the Waterfront Award — In 2002, Bishop's Landing received the international Excellence on the Waterfront Award, presented by the Waterfront Centre Organization, for its innovative blending of private and public spaces in a mixed-use urban waterfront property.

Halifax Urban Design People's Choice Award — In 2004, Bishop's Landing swept the Halifax Regional Municipality's urban design awards, with first prize in the building category, honourable mention in the open space category, and the coveted People's Choice award. The HRM Capital District Urban Design Awards celebrate design excellence in urban spaces.
